Joshua Goodwin is the Branch Manager & Vice President of the Goodwin Mortgage Group (GMG), a full-service mortgage company established in South Tampa, Spring of 2018. As Vice President, Josh’s mission is to provide every client with exemplary service from loan application to the closing table.
Josh attended University of Tampa where he studied International Business and Management. While at UT, he interned with UBS Financial as a Junior Wealth Advisor where he gained vital knowledge that he still uses in his business today. Josh started his career in the mortgage business in 2013 at the age of 21 shortly after he graduated.
GMG is seeing rapid growth in this dynamic housing market. Under Josh’s direction, the tents of knowledgeability, accessibility, attention to detail and professional courtesy will always remain paramount for his team and himself and this is what will continue to set GMG apart from all others.
Born in a snowbank in Buffalo, NY, I decided that college would better suit me in sunny Florida on the white snowy beaches of Clearwater. After graduating with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, I began my mortgage lending career in 2015 and joined Josh Goodwin in business in 2016, working as a processing assistant for the Goodwin Mortgage Group. While I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my church family, boating the Weeki Wachee Springs, tinkering with cars, and serving on my home owner association’s board of directors.

Caroline dedicates her focuses towards ensuring each client is in the best financial position for the future and is confident in their choices.
